Goyoga Tallinn is not one class for everyone. Children, teens, men, women, athletes, dancers, and seniors meet here. Below are suggestions for who each practice supports most.
For children and teens: Aerial yoga
The hammock makes practice playful. Children and teens build strength, balance, and body awareness without getting bored on the mat. The fabric carries part of the body weight, so new shapes feel safe to try. No prior aerial experience needed.
See Aerial yoga classesFor young adults: classical mat Pilates
If you want to feel your body more clearly and work with it with intention, we recommend classical mat Pilates. Calm, controlled movement builds strength and mobility and helps you reconnect, especially if you sit a lot or hold tension in the shoulders and neck.
See Pilates classesFor men: Ashtanga yoga
Ashtanga gives clear structure and physical load. It helps ground stress, strengthen the body, and keep focus. Linking breath and movement regularly helps you stand steadier in mind and body, and leaves room for vitality without needing a separate headline for it.
See yoga for menFor pregnancy and preparing for it: prenatal yoga
If you are preparing for pregnancy or already expecting, we offer prenatal yoga. The pace is calm, guidance is clear, and exercises are adapted. The aim is to keep the body moving and support the mind through change.
See prenatal yogaFor athletes and dancers: somatic movement therapy
When the body carries mental or physical trauma, somatic movement therapy helps bring it into awareness and work with it safely. The practice supports athletes and dancers who need recovery, nervous-system balance, and reconnection with the body, not only more training load.
Explore somatic workFor seniors: yoga for men and women
Senior yoga helps keep the body moving and the mind sharp. Classes are calm, poses are adapted, and the focus is safe practice. For men and women who want to stay mobile and present.

Teachers need to earn a living
We stand with yoga teachers worldwide who, as independents, do not earn a living wage. In many smaller towns and spread-out communities, studios struggle to keep a sustainable model where teaching is fairly paid.
Goyoga Tallinn with SEO for Wellness (seoforwellness.com) built a sustainable business model for studios like this. We started applying it in Q2 2026.
By Q4 2026, teachers in our model earn 40-100 euros per class. The amount depends on the practice type and the teacher's own activity.
