The Science Behind Our Practices
Every practice we offer is grounded in peer-reviewed research. Here is why they work for your team.
Sound baths use resonant frequencies from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to shift brainwave activity from the beta state (alert, stressed) into alpha and theta states associated with deep relaxation and creativity. This process activates the parasympathetic nervous system and measurably reduces cortisol levels.
Research: Goldsby et al. (2017), Journal of Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine, found significant reductions in tension, anger, fatigue, and depression after sound meditation.
Often called "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra guides the body into a state between wakefulness and sleep. A 45-minute session provides restorative value equivalent to 2-3 hours of regular sleep. It reduces cortisol by activating the vagus nerve. The iRest protocol, derived from Yoga Nidra, is used by the US military for PTSD treatment.

Breathwork (Pranayama)
Slow diaphragmatic breathing directly improves vagal tone, the key measure of nervous system resilience. Coherent breathing at 5.5 breaths per minute measurably reduces blood pressure within a single session. Box breathing, used by Navy SEALs for combat stress management, is one of several techniques we teach in corporate workshops.
Research: Ma et al. (2017), Frontiers in Psychology, demonstrated that diaphragmatic breathing significantly improves attention and reduces negative affect.
Eight weeks of regular meditation practice physically thickens the prefrontal cortex, the brain region responsible for decision-making, focus, and impulse control. It simultaneously reduces amygdala reactivity, meaning less emotional hijacking during high-pressure situations. For leaders, this translates directly to clearer thinking under stress.

Ceremonial-grade cacao contains theobromine, a gentle cardiovascular stimulant that releases endorphins and serotonin for natural mood elevation. Combined with guided meditation and breathwork, cacao ceremonies create a uniquely open, connected atmosphere. This is why they are increasingly popular for team building: they foster genuine interpersonal connection without the superficiality of typical corporate social events.
Collaboration
Goyoga corporate clients are companies with at least 5 employees. In addition to team events, we offer all corporate employees more favorable training terms than our standard price list.
For companies that provide sports compensation to their employees, we offer the possibility of direct billing through our payment system.
We are also integrated with major Estonian sports platforms like Stebby, allowing for convenient billing and class bookings directly from the platform.

Estonian Tax Benefit
From 2025, Estonian employers can provide up to 400 EUR per employee per year as a tax-free wellness benefit. This covers yoga classes, meditation sessions, and wellness workshops at Goyoga.
20 employees = 8,000 EUR annual tax-free wellness budget
Applies to employers registered in Estonia. The benefit is tax-free for both the employer and the employee when used for qualified health and wellness services.

Mental Health Package
Mental Health Package
The MindHealth package is designed to support employees' mental health, release tension, and balance well-being. It is a deeply relaxing 90-minute session that begins with sitting meditation. This is followed by lying deep guided relaxation (yoga nidra) along with a sound journey. If needed, conscious breathing or a cacao ritual can be added to the session. The session can be held either at the client's location or at the Goyoga studio.
Yoga & Mobility Package
Yoga & Mobility Package
The BodyHealth package is designed to improve and stimulate employees' mobility and balance the body and mind. It is a session of up to 2 hours that starts with breathing techniques (approx. 20min). This is followed by an hour-long yoga class, style of which is chosen by the client. After yoga, we perform a thorough lying relaxation (yoga nidra). If necessary, breathing techniques can be replaced by meditation. Can be held at client's location or Goyoga studio.
Mind & Body Workshops
Mind & Body Workshops
The Mind & Body Health package is an up to half-day workshop that combines wellness practices designed to improve mental health and mobility. It begins with breathing techniques or meditation (up to 30min), followed by an hour-long yoga class. After yoga, we perform a thorough hour-long lying relaxation (yoga nidra) with a sound journey. The workshop ends with a short wellness lecture on a selected topic (e.g. nutrition), during which we provide healthy snacks and drinks. The workshop is guided by 2 teachers/practitioners and is ideal for team events. Can be held at client's location or Goyoga studio.
Wellness Day
Wellness Day is a full-day or multi-day programme during which employees can experience various health, yoga, and wellness practices. We create the content in cooperation with your organization to ensure the most interesting experience for your work culture. The focus is on body-mind balance, nervous system regulation, stress management, and health awareness.
