Sunday Reset #2 · 13 Sep 17:00 · Early bird 20€ until 10 Sep
The
Swedbank Tallinn Marathon
returns on 11-13 September 2026 with races from the Welcome Run to the full 42.2 km. Start and finish for the main distances sit on Falgi tee at the foot of Toompea. Race office and expo are on Freedom Square (Vabaduse väljak). Whether you finished a half, a 10K, or the marathon - or you are in town to cheer - your body and nervous system still need soft recovery, not more pounding.
Goyoga Tallinn sits at Narva mnt 7D (Block B, 3rd floor), roughly a 12-15 minute walk from Falgi tee and about 10 minutes from Freedom Square. Mats, props, showers, and tea are on site. English and Estonian in the room. No membership required for drop-ins.

Why yoga after a marathon
In the first day or two after a long race, aggressive stretching and hard training often backfire. Gentle mobility, longer exhales, and lying-down rest help circulation and calm the nervous system while tissues repair. That is exactly what Sunday Reset combines: slow Hatha, then guided breath and rest.
Ease stiff hips, calves, and lower back without forcing range
Downshift from race adrenaline into sleep-ready calm
Useful whether you ran 5K, 10K, half, full - or supported someone who did
Studio vs marathon hubs
Honest distances from Goyoga (Narva mnt 7D):
Falgi tee
(start/finish) - about 1 km / 12-15 min walk via Old Town edge
Freedom Square
(race office & expo) - about 800 m / ~10 min walk
Kadriorg
(Welcome Run) - about 2 km; tram or short ride is easier after racing
Race weekend packs hotels near Old Town and the centre. After bib pickup on Freedom Square, you are already close to us. Walk the Old Town walls, rest in Kadriorg after the Welcome Run, then book a soft class or Sunday Reset instead of another late night. Ferry guests from Helsinki can fit a drop-in before sailing back.
FAQ
Do I need to have run the marathon to join Sunday Reset?
No. The theme supports race recovery, but the session suits anyone who wants gentle movement and nervous-system rest.
Is Sunday Reset taught in English?
This session is taught in Estonian. Many regular classes run with English cues - check the schedule or message us for English-friendly options.
How soon after finishing should I practise yoga?
Keep the first hours for food, fluids, and walking. Sunday Reset at 17:00 gives marathon finishers time to rest first. Skip deep tissue work and intense stretching on day one if you feel inflamed.
Where do I register for the official marathon?
On the organiser site
jooks.ee
. Goyoga is a yoga studio nearby - we do not sell race bibs.
What should I bring to the studio?
Comfortable clothes. Mats, props, and 9D headphones for the event are provided. Arrive 10-15 minutes early on your first visit.
