My Journey
The Reset Method
Anna Prygova teaches The Reset Method at Goyoga Tallinn : a modern movement practice that combines functional movement, mobility, myofascial release and breathwork. The aim is practical: release tension, improve mobility and body awareness, and leave with more ease in the body.
She also teaches Hatha Yoga and Aerial Yoga. Classes are in English and Russian.
From yoga into functional movement
Yoga has been part of Anna's life for over 10 years, first as a personal practice and then as teaching. Over time her work moved beyond traditional yoga as she became more interested in functional movement, mobility, fascia, and the link between movement, breath and the nervous system.
That path led her to create The Reset Method, so these pieces sit in one class rather than as separate techniques.
Training
Off the mat
Anna is a curious person with a genuine interest in life. She loves travelling, music and art, new places, and learning. She likes staying open to whatever the day brings, and finding joy in ordinary things.
