Deepen your practice beyond the studio. GoYoga retreats blend daily Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, meditation, wholesome food, and inspiring destinations into transformative experiences.
A yoga retreat is more than a holiday. It is a chance to step away from your daily routine, disconnect from screens and schedules, and reconnect with your body, breath, and inner stillness. While regular studio classes build the foundation of your practice, a retreat creates the space and time to go deeper. Without the distractions of work, commuting, and household responsibilities, you can fully immerse yourself in the rhythm of practice, rest, and reflection.
At GoYoga, we believe that retreats are one of the most powerful ways to accelerate your growth as a practitioner. Whether you have been practising for years or are just beginning to explore yoga, the dedicated time on a retreat allows you to refine your alignment, build strength and flexibility, deepen your meditation practice, and form meaningful connections with a community of like-minded people. Many of our students describe their first retreat as a turning point in their relationship with yoga.
Since 2012, GoYoga has been organising retreats that bring together the best of traditional yoga practice with the beauty of carefully chosen destinations. From the sun-drenched coastlines of Italy to the wild forests and bogs of the Estonian countryside, every retreat is designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and inspire your spirit. Led by experienced teachers who know how to create a safe, supportive environment, our retreats welcome practitioners of every level.

GoYoga retreats have taken our community to remarkable places. Previous international retreats have included week-long immersions in southern Italy, where participants practised Ashtanga yoga at sunrise overlooking olive groves, explored ancient hilltop villages, and shared plant-based meals prepared with ingredients from local farms. These retreats typically include two daily practice sessions, guided meditation, pranayama workshops, and free time for rest, swimming, or exploring the surroundings.
Closer to home, our Estonian countryside retreats have brought students to nature retreats in Lahemaa National Park and the islands of Saaremaa. These weekend getaways combine morning yoga with forest walks, bog hiking, wild swimming, and evenings around a bonfire. The Estonian landscape, with its ancient forests, pristine coastline, and extraordinary silence, provides a uniquely powerful setting for introspection and renewal.
We have also hosted urban mini-retreats at our Tallinn studio, offering intensive day-long workshops that combine extended Ashtanga practice, breathwork, yoga philosophy discussions, and restorative sessions. These mini-retreats are perfect for those who want the depth of a retreat experience without the travel commitment.
"The GoYoga Italy retreat was unlike anything I have experienced before. Practising Ashtanga at sunrise, surrounded by nature and a community of warm, open-hearted people, truly changed how I approach yoga and life."

Every retreat is thoughtfully designed to balance practice, rest, and connection.
Daily Yoga Practice
Morning Ashtanga or Hatha sessions set the tone for the day. Afternoon sessions focus on Yin, restorative yoga, or alignment workshops. All levels are welcomed and supported with individual modifications.
Meditation and Pranayama
Guided meditation and breathwork sessions are woven into every retreat. These practices help quiet the mind, improve focus, and complement the physical practice of asana. As recommended by the Yoga Alliance, integrating meditation into retreat settings significantly deepens the practitioner's experience.
Healthy, Nourishing Food
Meals on our retreats are vegetarian or plant-based, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Eating well is an integral part of the retreat experience, supporting your practice and overall wellbeing. Dietary requirements are always accommodated.
Nature and Exploration
Whether it is the Italian countryside, the ancient forests of Lahemaa, or the rugged coastline of Saaremaa, nature plays a central role in every retreat. Free time is built into the schedule for walks, swimming, journaling, or simply being still. Research from the journal Nature consistently shows that time in natural environments reduces stress hormones and improves mental clarity.
Community and Connection
One of the most valued aspects of our retreats is the sense of community. Sharing practice, meals, and experiences with a small group creates bonds that extend far beyond the retreat itself. Many of our closest studio friendships were forged on retreat.
Our retreats are led by experienced, dedicated teachers who bring warmth and expertise to every session.
