Our Yoga Classes and Wellness Practices

Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore Style)

Ashtanga is the foundation of our studio. Led by founder Raili Maripuu, a practitioner with decades of experience and recognition from the late Lino Miele, our Mysore programme runs every weekday from 6:30 to 9:00 AM. In Mysore style, you practise at your own pace while receiving individual adjustments and guidance. This self-paced format makes it accessible to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Arrive any time within the window, practise for as long as you need, and start your day grounded and energised.

Mon-Fri 6:30-9:00 AM | Teacher: Raili Maripuu, Keiu Allas (Grossberg)

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga classes at GoYoga focus on foundational postures (asanas), alignment, and breathwork (pranayama). Taught by Dian Jarvenkuln, these classes build strength, flexibility, and body awareness at a mindful pace. Hatha is ideal for beginners and for anyone seeking a balanced, unhurried practice that leaves you feeling centred and strong.

Multiple sessions weekly | Teacher: Dian Jarvenkuln

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow connects breath and movement in a dynamic, flowing sequence that challenges the body and quiets the mind. Led by Edith Tiitsaar, our Vinyasa classes blend creative sequencing with precise alignment cues. Each class is different, keeping your practice fresh and engaging. Perfect for those who enjoy a more active, rhythmic style of yoga.

Evening and weekend classes | Teacher: Edith Tiitsaar

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes, targeting the deep connective tissues, fascia, and joints. It complements more active styles beautifully. Our Yin classes, guided by Dian Jarvenkuln, create a space for deep release, improved flexibility, and profound relaxation. A wonderful choice after a long day, or as a counterbalance to an active yoga or fitness routine.

Sound Healing and Sound Baths

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and chimes during our Sound Bath sessions. No movement required. You lie comfortably while waves of sound wash over you, inducing a state of deep relaxation that many describe as transformative. A unique wellness experience that goes beyond traditional yoga.

Cacao Ceremonies

Our ceremonial cacao evenings combine the heart-opening properties of pure ceremonial-grade cacao with guided meditation, breathwork, and live music. These events are held monthly and create a space for community connection, inner exploration, and gentle transformation.

Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Qigong

Beyond asana, we offer dedicated Meditation sessions for cultivating mindfulness and clarity, Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) for the deepest possible relaxation, and Qigong for gentle energy cultivation through flowing movements. These practices are accessible to everyone regardless of fitness level and are powerful tools for managing stress, improving sleep, and enhancing overall wellbeing.
