Mother-baby yoga practice at Goyoga Tallinn

Mother-baby yoga in Tallinn

Postnatal recovery yoga for mothers, with babies welcome. Guided by Aale-Triinu Sonn at Goyoga Tallinn.

See Class Schedule

Mother-baby yoga at Goyoga Tallinn focuses on postnatal recovery. Classes are led by Aale-Triinu Sonn and sit alongside prenatal yoga in the same care pathway, in Raili Maripuu's city-centre studio.

Why practise after birth?

The focus is deep core and pelvic-floor recovery, calm breathing, and a pace that allows feeding, settling, and connection. You may come alone; babies aged about 2 to 20 months are welcome.

What we offer

Postnatal recovery with clear, gentle progressions
Babies about 2 to 20 months gently woven into practice
Option to come alone if baby stays home
Studio props and a room that allows feeding and pauses
