Liina Täht

Liina is a certified 9D Breathwork facilitator, a certified trauma coach, and the first certified 9D Breathwork facilitator in Estonia. Her work is rooted in trauma-informed practice and a deep respect for the nervous system and personal boundaries.

Rather than focusing on fixing or pushing, she guides people into experiences that support regulation, release, and embodied presence. Through breathwork, sound, and gentle guidance, she helps clients access clarity, softness, and inner safety - often without the need to talk or analyze.

Liina holds space that is deep yet gentle, intuitive yet grounded. Whether in private sessions, group journeys, or curated wellness environments, her intention is always the same: to meet clients exactly where they are and support transformation at their own pace.

Her own journey has included both challenges and profound inner growth. Through these experiences, she learned that real change doesn’t come from forcing solutions, but from meeting ourselves with honesty, compassion, and patience. This calling led her into trauma-informed coaching and breathwork facilitation, where empathy, presence, and deep listening are central. She guides people gently back into their bodies, helping them access clarity, inner strength, and a sense of grounded calm.
