Prenatal Yoga in Tallinn - Safe Practice for Every Trimester

Personalised guidance from our senior teachers. We help you find the safest, most beneficial practice for your stage of pregnancy.

Consult With Our Teachers

Pregnancy is a transformative journey, and yoga can be a powerful companion throughout every stage. At Goyoga Tallinn, we believe that prenatal yoga is deeply personal - every pregnancy is unique, every body responds differently, and what works beautifully in the first trimester may need adjustment in the third. That is why we do not offer a one-size-fits-all prenatal class. Instead, we invite you to consult directly with our senior teachers who will create a personalised practice plan tailored to your body, your pregnancy stage, and your experience level.

Why yoga during pregnancy?

Research published in the Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology shows that regular prenatal yoga reduces lower back pain by up to 56%, decreases stress hormones, improves sleep quality, and helps prepare the body for birth. Gentle breathing exercises strengthen the connection between mother and baby, while safe stretching maintains mobility and eases common pregnancy discomforts.

What we offer

Personal consultation to assess your stage and create a safe practice plan
Gentle asana modifications for each trimester, guided by experienced teachers
Breathing and relaxation techniques for birth preparation and stress relief
Props and support (bolsters, blocks, blankets) for comfort and safety

How to get started

Every pregnancy is different. Contact our studio and tell us about your stage, your previous yoga experience, and any health considerations. Our teachers will recommend the best approach - whether that is joining a specific class with modifications, private sessions, or a combination. Your safety and wellbeing always come first.

"I practised with Raili through my second and third trimesters. She adjusted every pose for me personally and I always felt completely safe. The breathing techniques she taught me were invaluable during labour."
