While the city sleeps, a quiet transformation happens on the third floor of Narva mnt 7D. From 6:30am every weekday, Goyoga's shala opens for Ashtanga Mysore - self-practice guided by your teacher, one breath at a time. By 7:30am, a flowing Vinyasa class begins. Both finish by 8:30am, giving you time to change, grab tea, and be at your desk by 9.

What happens in a cacao ceremony

Each ceremony begins with intention setting and sharing circle. You drink warm ceremonial cacao as Marit guides you through breathwork and meditation. The ceremony includes live sound healing with crystal bowls and often includes ecstatic dance or journaling. Sessions last approximately 2-3 hours.- not something squeezed in after work.

The experience includes

Ceremonial-grade Guatemalan cacao preparation and sharing
Guided meditation, breathwork, and intention setting
Sound healing with crystal bowls and percussion
Community sharing circle and integration

Ceremonies are held monthly as special events. Check our events page for the next ceremony date. Price is typically 35-45 EUR per person, including all cacao and materials.

"The cacao ceremony at Goyoga was unlike anything I have experienced. The combination of the cacao, the sound bowls, and Marit guidance created something truly magical. I left feeling lighter and more connected."
