From 6:30am every weekday, Goyoga's shala opens for Ashtanga Mysore - self-practice guided by your teacher, one breath at a time. By 7:30am, a flowing Vinyasa class begins. Both finish by 8:30am, giving you time to change, grab tea, and be at your desk by 9.
The shala comes fully equipped with yoga mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, and a premium sound system. Changing rooms, tea corner, and a welcoming entrance area are included. The space accommodates up to 30 people for yoga or 50 for seated events.- not something squeezed in after work.
