9D Breathwork at Goyoga Tallinn

What is it?

9D Breathwork is a licensed multi-sensory method: conscious connected breathing plus nine engineered audio layers in headphones. You lie down in a quiet room. Breath, voice guidance, spatial sound, and frequencies work together so the mind has less room to argue and the body can release what it has been holding.

In the North, many of us live with a long work year, short daylight, and a habit of staying functional even when tired. This session is not a performance. It is a held space at Goyoga Tallinn (Narva mnt 7D) with Estonia's licensed 9D facilitator, Liina Täht . Full guide, screening, and booking: 9D Breathwork Tallinn .

Who is it for?

Built for people who are often skeptical of wellness theatre and still want something that works in the body: chronic stress, burnout, grief that has not moved, anxiety that feels physical, restlessness, or a sense that talk alone has not reached the weight you carry. Willingness to breathe is enough. Not medical treatment. Message us first if you are pregnant, have heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, recent major surgery, or are in an acute mental health crisis.

Men at 9D Breathwork

Many men arrive quietly curious, but unsure whether this kind of session is for them. That hesitation is worth naming. This is not a therapy group or a sharing circle. You lie down, breathe, and whatever moves through you stays yours.

Headphones remove social watching. The breath gives you something concrete to do. Often the quieter edge shows up the next morning more than during the session: a looser jaw, a head that runs less.

Women at 9D Breathwork

Many women arrive already carrying a significant load: chronic over-responsibility, stress held for others, or grief with no clean address. The session asks nothing of you but to lie down and breathe. You do not need to hold the room.

Common experiences include emotional release, a sense of finally arriving in the body, and tension letting go in the chest, shoulders, or belly. Some find the session easier to integrate than talking about it.

Children and young people

Open adult 9D groups can feel intense. For children and teens, Goyoga offers a more suitable held format with Liina Täht , or we can arrange one, rather than placing a young person straight into a regular adult group date.

If you are considering breathwork for a child or teenager, write to us before booking. We will explain how the youth-oriented sessions work and what parent or guardian involvement looks like. Breathwork complements professional care. It does not replace it.

Key Benefits

Nervous system downshift

Rhythmic breath and layered sound give a structured path out of high gear, useful after long Nordic work weeks.

Private release

Headphones create a private bubble. You do not need to share or perform for the room.

Nine audio layers

Spatial sound, binaural and isochronic tones, harmonic tuning, coaching voice, and bioacoustic effects support the breath.

What to Expect

How it works

Active, connected breathing gently activates the body while nine audio dimensions guide attention. Tension can surface and settle without needing a full story in words. Experiences vary: heat, tingling, tears, quiet heaviness, or a clearer edge the next day. You can slow down, sit up, or signal the facilitator anytime.

The nine layers (plain language)

  • Multi-dimensional sound that surrounds you in headphones
  • Binaural entrainment to support focus and emotional regulation
  • Solfeggio and 432Hz tuning as part of the engineered mix
  • Isochronic tones that help shift mental state with the breath
  • Somatic breathwork as the core physical practice
  • Subliminal and guided coaching in the audio track
  • Bioacoustic effects that deepen the bodily response

Together they make 9D different from breath alone or a simple meditation track. Method overview: official 9D Breathwork page .

Common Questions

What does a session feel like?
Different for everyone. Some cry, some go quiet, some feel heat or tingling. Many notice they feel lighter or more grounded afterward. Feeling little during the session and a softer edge the next day is also normal.
How is 9D different from other breathwork?
Most styles use breath alone. 9D adds nine engineered audio layers on top of somatic breathwork. At Goyoga it is also distinct from our live Breathwork & Pranayama classes.
Is it safe?
Sessions are guided by a trained facilitator and use only your breath. If you have cardiovascular issues, severe PTSD history, epilepsy, or are pregnant, contact us and your healthcare provider before booking.
Is the facilitator certified in 9D?
Yes. Liina Täht is Estonia's first officially licensed 9D Breathwork facilitator and holds a trauma-healing coach certification. See her guest teacher page .
How do I book in Tallinn?
Public sessions appear under studio events. For the next date or a private session, use the form on the 9D Breathwork Tallinn page or email [email protected].
