While the city sleeps, a quiet transformation happens on the third floor of Narva mnt 7D. From 6:30am every weekday, Goyoga's shala opens for Ashtanga Mysore - self-practice guided by your teacher, one breath at a time. By 7:30am, a flowing Vinyasa class begins. Both finish by 8:30am, giving you time to change, grab tea, and be at your desk by 9.

What to expect

Chair-supported standing poses for balance and leg strength
Gentle floor stretches with props (blankets, blocks, bolsters)

Try your first class with our Studio Explorer Pass (29 EUR for 3 classes). Kaia teaches dedicated 60+ classes weekly. All equipment provided. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit so we can learn about any health considerations.
