Find a Seniors ClassWhile the city sleeps, a quiet transformation happens on the third floor of Narva mnt 7D. From 6:30am every weekday, Goyoga's shala opens for Ashtanga Mysore - self-practice guided by your teacher, one breath at a time. By 7:30am, a flowing Vinyasa class begins. Both finish by 8:30am, giving you time to change, grab tea, and be at your desk by 9.
