Orders are placed through the Goyoga Shop on goyoga.ee. After you submit checkout details, we send a secure payment link via Wise (or confirm payment details by email). Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Gift cards and some products may have dedicated Wise payment links shown at checkout. If a link is not yet available for a product, we will email you payment instructions manually.
Physical products: Studio pickup at Goyoga Studio, Narva mnt 7D, Block B, 3rd floor, Tallinn is the default. Delivery can be arranged with us separately — transport and courier costs are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
Digital products: Digital gift cards and other digital items are delivered by email after payment is confirmed. No studio visit is required.
Digital gift cards are issued to the email address you provide at checkout. Please check the recipient email carefully before paying. Digital items cannot be returned or refunded once issued, except where required by applicable law.
Shop purchases are final sale . We do not offer returns or refunds on change-of-mind purchases. Digital gift cards cannot be returned once sent.
If you receive a defective or incorrect physical item, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] or +372 513 2433 and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If you need a formal company invoice (arve), tick “I need a company invoice” at checkout and provide your company name, registry code, and billing details. We will send the invoice after payment or as agreed.
