By taxi

Goyoga, your hotel, and the MVU venues are all close together. Most days, just grab a taxi. Download Bolt or Uber before you fly in. Bolt usually has the most cars around.

Narva mnt 7D, Korpus B

The go-to option in Estonia. One app for taxis, green scooters, and e-bikes. You can book rides up to 90 days ahead.

Website

Uber

Works across Tallinn. Same Uber you use anywhere else.

Forus App

Forus runs its own app. Straightforward prices, old-school taxi service. Good if you like to book ahead.

Phone taxis

You speak to a dispatcher. Best for early airport runs or when you want a fixed pickup time.

When to use what

  • Everyday: Bolt or Uber.
  • Early airport (4 to 6 AM): Call Forus or Tallink the night before and book. Costs a bit more, but someone will definitely come. Bolt scheduled rides work too, though the driver is often assigned closer to pickup.
  • Hotel taxi ranks: Tallink Takso (yellow Audis and Skodas outside big hotels).
  • Cheaper phone dispatch: Amigo or Bongo.

Taxis in Tallinn are regulated. Look for the yellow price sticker in the window. Starting fare is about €2.25 to 2.50, then roughly €0.50 to 0.60 per km.
